Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 US States):
We offer free shipping on all Step Ramp orders to the contiguous 48 United States. Step Ramps ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping available with additional fees. Contact us for a custom quote.
- International Shipping: Available upon request. Contact us for options and a custom quote—no standard rates listed.
- Shipping Method: UPS or FedEx ground freight.
- Outbound Shipping Charges: Although we may offer free or discounted shipping on qualifying orders, outbound shipping costs (the initial cost to ship the item to you) are non-refundable. In the event of a return, your refund will cover the product purchase price only, minus the outbound shipping cost (which will be deducted if it was originally free or discounted), along with any applicable handling or restocking fees.
- No COD Accepted: Cash on delivery (COD) packages are not accepted.
- Order Status & Tracking: In-stock items are ready to ship. Use the order tracking page at stepramp.com/order-tracking (enter your Order ID from the confirmation email/receipt). Tracking numbers are provided via UPS/FedEx links.
- Restrictions/Notes: Shipping to the lower 48 states only as standard. Contact us for a custom quote to ship outside of the lower 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, or international). Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within the lower 48 (longer for remote areas or outside).
Returns (30-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee)
We offer a 30-day limited money-back guarantee for items purchased online. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and packaging (including original boxes and all paperwork) within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping, handling, restocking fees, and any discounts applied).
Steps for Making a Return
- Identify your original sales order number and have it on hand when you call our customer service department.
- Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact our customer service staff toll-free at 1-866-448-8219 to request an RMA (provide your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered).
- Once you receive your RMA, return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement.
- Place the RMA number on the outside of your package(s) in a visible place. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Include with your packages the return merchandise form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Indicate a reason for the return and the action you would like taken (such as replacement or refund). Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and keep one for your records.
Return Merchandise Charges and Fees
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted.
- You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee.
- Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
- Refunds cover only the product purchase price, minus the outbound shipping cost (if originally free/discounted), restocking fee, return shipping (paid by you), and any other applicable deductions.
- Returned items must be in original, unused, re-sellable condition with all original packaging and paperwork.
